TAB key in new messages
 solved

Hi Damato.

I noticed a little but somehow annoying problem with TAB key when writting a new message. I use TAB key to jump from one field to the next one, so I write address, press TAB to jump to 'Topic' field, write topic, press TAB to jump to 'Message Body' field and then I get not only the jump but also a tabulation, so I have to delete these extra spaces everytime before start writing.

My guess is that if I pressed TAB key while the cursor was still in previous field (Topic) I should get only the 'field jump' action, resulting in the cursor placed in the left margin of 'Message Body' field, not that 'jumping + tabulation' behaviour, don't you think so?

BTW, Happy New Year ;¬)

Saluditos,

Ferrán.

Sure. But unfortunatly this isn't a bug in YAM. It is a well known problem in the TextEditor.mcc custom class. You might actually see the exact same behaviour with other programs (i.e. SimpleMail) using also the TextEditor.mcc class.
