In Config/Miscellaneous/Pack/Protect one can, through the pull-down button, choose which of the available XPK packer should be used for packing/encoding.

Unfortunately the IDEA packer isn't in the list anymore (it was in 2.5) which made all my packed and encrypted directorys unreadable.
