Description

Since the new TextEditor.mcc versions we have the possibility to disable the AutoClipping normally done in former versions a new functionality when replying to selected text might become quite handy.

That means, in case text has been manually marked by the user in the read window/pane and "reply" is pressed, the generated reply text should only contain the text (in quoted form) which has been marked.

(In [4702]) * YAM_WR.c, YAM_write.h, YAM_MA.c, ReadWindow.c, ReadMailGroup.c, YAM_FI.c:

when replying to a mail while some text is currently selected in the
corresponding read window or embedded read pane, the new reply window
will only contain quoted text which is based on the selected text portion.
This closes #164.
