Doesn't show the birthday requester twice on the same day in same YAM session.

Description

If a user start YAM e.g. at 7:00 AM and change the default
BirthdayCheckTime to e.g. 8:00 AM then YAM pop up the birthday
requester twice. Once at startup (7:00 AM) and again at the
config time (8:00 AM).
Instead of that YAM should schedule the birthday check for the
next day.
