Crashes on startup. GR on loading configuration, then freezes loading mailboxes.

as usual. please try to reproduce this situation with the debug version and attach the debug log until the crash happens. If necessary increase the debug output level by using "setenv yamdebug @all all" in a shell before starting the debug version. thanks.

I have the same issue, see the other log attached, previous nightly (6 August) works without problems

(In [4884]) * extrasrc.h, extrasrc: slightly reworked the whole "extrasrc" management

a bit and introduced NEED_XXXXX defines which define on which platform certain
functions are required. This is then in line with what is defined in the
individual Makefile part of that platform, thus should be easier to
understand. Furthermore, all sources in 'extrasrc' check now if the proper
NEED_XXXX define is set during compilation, which might point at some
missing definition or unnecessary compilation of that file. All in all
this should now hopefully fix #177.
