After thinking about the matter, I think that something like this while being in principle possible isn't really something which makes sense. Even the Received: headers (and there are usually more than one) do not guarantee that the time is more appropriate or even NTP synced. The question really is why do you need the Received: date or why do you think that it might be more helpful than the users' Date: or the usual date/time yam received the mail itself. So what do you want to gain from the information/date?!?!
